*Acceptance of policies: By booking with my salon, each client accepts the following policies. This will help prevent any confusion later on.*
Cancelations:
To ensure optimal service and availability for all my clients, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice before any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.

I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts other clients as well as my business. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. I recommend that you contact me via Text (214)290-4376 if your plans change so I can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.

Running late: If you're going to be more than 15 mins late, please send a text to (214)290-4376 to let me know, otherwise you will be considered a No Show and will be charged.

Appointment refusal policy: I reserve the right to refuse service because of any concerns such as lice, skin infections, open wounds etc.
Redo: In cases where a redo maybe necessary, 48 hours is the time limit for redo requests to be made. After 48 hours there maybe a charge on a case by case bases.
